By signing up for a course or training you’re agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights:

When you purchase anything from It's Grace Hayden you gain access as a limited license user. Meaning, you cannot sell or offer the material you purchased to anyone else. You are the sole user.

Only registered students may attend trainings or access courses. If you have a friend or coworker who’d like to attend they must purchase their own access.

All material is copyrighted and not to be shared. It is only for your personal use.

 

 

Technical Difficulties: 

If there are technical difficulties or other extreme and unforeseen circumstances times of classes may vary. But all content and listed course material will be taught at a later time.

Some material is provided using common technology. If you are unable to access due to your own tech issues you will not be issued a refund or alternative method to receive info.

This is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Results not guaranteed. This is not legal or financial advice. You are responsible for your own earnings, success or failures.

I make no guarantee to the accuracy and completeness of the material presented.

 

I do not accept chargeback threats or actual chargebacks. If you attempt a chargeback your information will be reported to all three credit bureaus.

 

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not available for coaching/strategy calls. Should you need to reschedule a call, 24 hours notice is required. There are no make-ups for missed calls.

All sales are final sale. 

I always want you to be happy. Each training, PDF, program and any other product is carefully created and planned to give you the most value. The trainings and teachings here work. But I cannot do the work for you.

If after going through the trainings, completing any supplemental work, and going through the process, you were unable to see any results, you may request a refund. 

Each refund request must include proof of completion of the training, a detailed explanation of the work you did after completing the training, and a detailed explanation of how and why the process didn't work for you.
